Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept credit card payment (MasterCard and Visa) and debit card payment (Delta, Solo, Switch and Visa Electron).We also accept payment by PayPal.
We can accept payment by cheque. Any order paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to ENJOY A BEER.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
While we are trying to make sure that all prices on the website are OK, occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply items are the incorrect price.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when your order is placed using 128bit encryption. They are only decrypted after reaching our computer. They are not kept in plain text on any website.
You agree that any litigation between you and ENJOY A BEER arising from or about the use of this Site, any advertisement associated with the site or any link accessible from or giving access to this site will be governed by United Kingdom’s law and this exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of the state of United Kingdom.

If ENJOY A BEER receives such a notification, ENJOY A BEER reserves the right to remove or delete the allegedly infringing material.
After receiving a notice of infringement that complies or substantially complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), ENJOY A BEER will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity. ENJOY A BEER will take reasonable steps to quickly notify the user who created or posted the irrelevant material that he be deleted or disabled from accessing the site. Any user whose hardware has been removed or disabled by this policy may provide to ENJOY A BEER with a counter notification under the DCMA. This counter- notification must be provided in writing to our copyright agent at the address indicated above and must contain:

Additionally, ENJOY A BEER will replace the removed material, and cease disabling access to it, ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless the designated Copyright Agent for ENJOY A BEER first receives notice from the person who submitted the initial notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on the Site or ENJOY A BEER server.
